1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ClassBoard. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

ClassBoard is operated and managed by M-Prime Group (m-pg.in).

2. Service Description

ClassBoard is a SaaS platform for colleges, institutes, schools, and training organizations, including modules for admissions, student records, attendance, communication, assignments, quizzes, fee operations, and analytics.

3. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access or security incidents.
We may suspend or restrict access for suspected misuse, policy violations, or security risks.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance based on the selected billing cycle.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
Fees, taxes, and payment terms are as displayed at purchase time.
Refunds, if any, are governed by the active billing policy or written agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service integrity.
Use data from the platform in violation of privacy or education laws.

6. Data and Privacy

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. Institutions remain responsible for the legality of data they collect and upload to the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

ClassBoard and all related software, branding, and materials are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service as permitted by these Terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, legal risk, abuse, security threats, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClassBoard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClassBoard from claims arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of law, or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts having competent jurisdiction in India, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
